However, that skepticism transformed into a passion for the industry after I worked closely with a now-retired agent who became my mentor.

Learning from her, I realized the power of empathy and advocacy in client representation. Her honest and direct communication style resonated with me deeply. I learned that being straightforward, even when it's tough, is crucial in building trust with clients. This philosophy forms the core of my client-centric approach.
