Portland Real Estate Update: Pending Sales on the Rise!
If you've been keeping an eye on the Portland real estate market, you might have noticed something exciting—pending sales have been ticking upwards in the last few weeks. Here’s a quick snapshot of what’s happening:
In the last two weeks, we saw 1,028 pending sales, which is a 6.6% increase from the 964 pending sales in the previous two-week period. That’s not all—if we go back a little further, comparing it to the 828 pending sales from two weeks prior to that, we’re looking at a 24.2% jump in pending activity!
So, what’s driving this uptick? It could be the result of some positive news in the mortgage market, giving buyers a bit more confidence to make their move. Or, it might simply be the typical seasonal adjustments we often see as we move into the fall market.
